WHAT ARE REGISTERED WARRANTS?
It is the recognition of a government debt (at a municipal, state or federal level) arising from a final unappealable court judgment, whereby the government is ordered to pay the debt to an individual or legal entity.
Registered warrants can be:
INCOME-RELATED, in which the individual had his/her source of income, that is, his/her livelihood or subsistence, impaired.
ORDINARY, where it is about the refund of a tax, compensation for damage or breach of a supply contract, expropriation of a property, and other options.

WHO IS ENTITLED TO GETTING PAID FOR REGISTERED WARRANTS?
Any person, corporation or entity that has definitively won a lawsuit against the federal, state or municipal government.
Examples:
Property expropriated for the construction of public buildings;
Taxpayers who paid more taxes than they should;
Retirees claiming retroactive payments for work not included in their retirement income calculation;

WHAT DO PRE-REGISTERED WARRANTS AND RECEIVABLES MEAN?
In terms of judgments, a pre-registered warrant is the right to get paid for warrants that have not yet been issued. Receivables are still at an early stage. A pre-registered warrant is a receivable that is about to become registered.
